Potentially, yes. The desk thickness, edge shape and expected cable load need to be provided so the attachment approach can be evaluated.
Can one holder manage different cable sizes?
Yes. Separate channels can be sized around the approximate diameter of each cable.
Can you make a holder without drilling into the desk?
Clip-on or other non-drilled concepts may be possible depending on the desk geometry and required load.
