3D Printing Studio uses the information submitted through this website to review project inquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about requested work and operate the website securely.

Information you may provide

Depending on the form you use, this can include your name, email address, phone number, company, country, project description, measurements, intended use, quantity, deadline, uploaded 3D files, photographs, sketches and other project references.

Why the information is used

Project information is used to evaluate feasibility, understand the requested object, prepare or follow up a quote, manage the inquiry internally, maintain a record of request status and send transactional messages when email delivery is configured.

Uploaded project files

Customer project files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. They are not intentionally published in the public model catalog. Temporary uploads that are not attached to a submitted request are scheduled for automated cleanup. Administrative file access uses short-lived authenticated links.

Infrastructure services

Supabase provides application database, authentication and private file-storage infrastructure. The website is designed for deployment on OVHcloud web hosting. When configured, a transactional email service processes the information required to deliver request notifications and confirmations.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not require analytics to function. If optional GA4 analytics is configured, the analytics script loads only after the visitor chooses to allow analytics in that browser. Essential session cookies are used for form security and authenticated administration.

Location and meetings

We do not publish a fixed walk-in address or embed a precise business-location map. We are based in Sousse and accept projects from across Tunisia. If an in-person meeting or handover is useful, the location is agreed directly with you by appointment.

Retention and deletion

Project records and files should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer the inquiry, meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs, or support an accepted project. The operator can remove records when they are no longer required, subject to obligations that may apply to an accepted commercial engagement.

Third-party model catalog

Catalog pages can contain metadata, creator attribution and links to external model repositories. Following those links takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy practices. Imported model metadata is kept separate from customer project uploads.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics. You can also contact the business to ask about personal information connected with a project inquiry and, where applicable, request correction or deletion subject to legitimate retention obligations.
