Custom mounts & holders
A useful mount starts with two geometries: the object being held and the place it must attach. Ports, viewing angle, screw positions, cable clearance and how the object is removed all matter more than choosing a printing process first.

Typical projects
The examples below define the type of problem this page is meant to solve. Final feasibility depends on the actual geometry, use conditions and information supplied.
The real customer problem
The standard mount blocks a port or cable.
The available mounting surface is unusually narrow or angled.
The device needs a specific viewing or operating angle.
A holder needs to fit a case, accessory or modified device.
The object needs to be removable while the mount stays fixed.
Project brief
A useful request explains fit, dimensions and intended use. Technical manufacturing choices can then be considered in the context of the real object.
Device model and exact dimensions
Photos of the mounting location
Required angle/orientation
Mounting method available
Ports/buttons/cables that must remain accessible
Expected load and environment
Load-bearing, overhead, vehicle, safety-equipment or other failure-critical mounts require dedicated engineering assessment and should not be assumed suitable from a standard printed design.
FAQ
Yes. Exact measurements, photos and the required access to ports/buttons are useful starting inputs.
Potentially. Provide the hole spacing, screw size and surrounding geometry so the interface can be evaluated.
Yes. The desired orientation is part of the design brief and should be specified before the mount geometry is finalized.
